Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain development timelines, milestone trackers, and project status dashboards.
  • Track progress across active development launches; identify timeline risks, bottlenecks, and overdue dependencies; and escalate blockers through defined governance channels.
  • Prepare development status updates and meeting materials.
  • Manage project stone inventory needs, including stone requests, work order creation and cleanup, bill of material setup, and purchase order requests.
  • Support stage-gate readiness tracking; confirm required approvals and deliverables before milestone transitions.
  • Maintain centralized documentation for development decisions; help standardize reporting, templates, and development workflows; and improve process visibility and accountability.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Design, JDIW, Industrial, Planning, GA/DD, and external suppliers to drive business needs.
  • Coordinate information flow across teams and ensure development milestone handoffs are complete and timely.
  • Track action items and ownership from development meetings and follow through on open dependencies.
  • Support issue resolution through structured escalation.
  • Monitor development plans for schedule risk; identify missing information, unresolved dependencies, or conflicting priorities; and escalate issues early when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
  • Partner with the PD Manager, Director, and engineering leads to assess impact.
  • Build working knowledge of the jewelry development lifecycle, technical workflows and prototype development, supplier dependencies, and readiness milestones to recognize operational risk and coordinate effectively.

Qualifications
