Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and uphold high quality and safety standards in manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve daily production issues through root cause analysis and the application of engineering and Lean tools.
  • Support New Product Integration by providing expertise, conducting tests, and establishing process control parameters.
  • Validate and update manufacturing documentation, including drawings, MES instructions, BOMs, and routes.
  • Lead process improvement projects, perform qualification tests, and develop SOPs while training personnel as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide safety leadership among co-workers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
  • Previous experience in Time Study or Work Measurement Standards development.
  • Proficiency in technical manufacturing documentation creation and communication.
  • Strong analytical, research, and project management skills.
  • Experience with good documentation practices and cGMP standards.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino) and MES software (Tulip). Working knowledge of JDE or other enterprise systems.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems) or related field.
