Tiffany & Co. Private Client Coordinator position in New York at The Landmark flagship location. Coordinate luxury client experiences and High Jewelry services.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate all pre-appointment logistics including product sourcing, transfers, and availability preparation for private client appointments
- Partner with Merchandising, Product Control, Transportation, and Sales teams to facilitate timely product movement and prepare requested pieces for presentation
- Collaborate with Concierge and Hospitality teams to reserve private salons, arrange amenities, and coordinate customized store experiences
- Support Private Client Advisors during appointments through product management, floor navigation, and cross-functional coordination
- Manage post-appointment deliverables including valuations, product presentations, product information sheets, and client-facing materials
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Shipping, and Operations teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of sales orders and client deliveries
- Maintain comprehensive client profiles including preferences, milestones, family information, special dates, and biographical details
- Assist with gifting initiatives, special occasions, holiday programs, and personalized client touchpoints
- Update and maintain client records within Salesforce and Brilliance platforms, recording appointments, interactions, and outreach activities
- Monitor sales order status, shipment tracking, and delivery details through Compass system
- Support daily presentation and maintenance of High Jewelry and Masterpiece displays
- Provide floor coverage and operational support as business needs require
- Process sales transactions in partnership with the Private Client team while ensuring elevated standards of luxury service
- Create product presentations, lookbooks, and product sheets for client consultations
- Research product availability, collection information, and location details to support client selection
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client services, sales support, or executive coordination
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple business functions
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and clienteling systems
- Passion for luxury service, client experience, and relationship management
- Experience supporting High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, Luxury Retail, Private Client, Hospitality, or VIP clientele (preferred)
- Knowledge of clienteling practices and luxury relationship management (preferred)
- Experience coordinating events, gifting programs, or elevated client experiences (preferred)
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client services, sales support, or executive coordination. Demonstrated expertise in managing complex client relationships, coordinating operational logistics, and supporting high-touch service environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.35 to USD 31.65 per hour.
