Tiffany & Co. seeks PR Manager for 12-month contract role in London, UK. Lead regional communications strategy across UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver integrated PR strategy across press, talents, and digital channels in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director and European PR leadership
  • Manage and oversee external PR agencies, ensuring excellence in execution and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Own and manage PR budgets for both UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets in consultation with the Marketing & Communications Director
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 direct reports including a PR Specialist and PR Intern
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key press contacts and media outlets, identifying opportunities for high-visibility brand and product coverage
  • Organize and coordinate press trips, press events, and product photo-shoots; provide creative direction on press releases and brand storytelling
  • Develop and execute local talent strategy and roster across all tiers in collaboration with regional and global teams
  • Strategize, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships and sponsorships that include communications opportunities and collaborations
  • Plan and deliver all brand and press events for UK and Ireland in coordination with EMEA region, global headquarters, and local teams
  • Manage talent relations including contract negotiations, relationship building with talents and agents, and facilitation of dressing opportunities

Qualifications

  • College or University degree
  • Minimum 6 years of professional PR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
  • Strong PR background and established relationships within the UK jewellery industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital analytics platforms and social listening tools
  • Proven ability to measure campaign ROI, analyse campaign metrics, and support influencer strategy with data-driven insights
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization abilities
  • Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel for press trips and events
  • Experience in multiregional/global-local dynamics and cross-functional collaboration
  • Flawless attention to detail with a natural talent for relationship-building
  • Team player with creative thinking and strong communication abilities
