PR & Projects Manager at Tiffany & Co. in Seoul. Lead luxury brand communications, events, and stakeholder relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and monthly editorial PR plans (print and digital) with associated budget oversight and tracking
- Create and manage product placements aligned with the marketing calendar; review and analyze media coverage and report results to global counterparts
- Lead strategic planning and execution of exhibitions, product presentations, store openings, and product launches; develop PR amplification strategies for each event
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editors from key publications, stylists, VIPs, talent management agencies, and KOLs/influencers
- Manage "Friend of the House" relationships and coordinate product placements to identify and create new opportunities for brand exposure
- Oversee external event agencies and cross-functional collaborations; manage agency contracts, negotiations, and bidding processes
- Supervise team development and training; promote cross-functional collaboration and support the Marketing Director in strategy execution
- Consolidate event results, manage sample and gifting orders, and prepare comprehensive reporting on PR and project outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (4-year university graduate)
- Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in PR, Communications, Event Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in global luxury jewelry, watches, or high fashion brands
- Proven track record in the retail industry
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Experience in team management and staff supervision with a proven leadership style that motivates and inspires
- Exceptional problem-solving, pre-planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Appreciation and understanding of design and craftsmanship
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in public relations, communications, event management, project management, or a related field within the luxury retail sector. Extensive background in managing large-scale projects, multi-functional team leadership, and strategic brand communications in the watches, jewelry, or high fashion industries is essential.
