Tiffany & Co. seeks a PR & Communications Assistant in Sydney (contract) to support ANZ PR, media relations and campaign delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and distribution of press materials and market tools across the ANZ region.
- Generate and secure positive editorial and digital publicity, including influencer partnerships and third‑party endorsements.
- Coordinate PR shoots and manage the handling, transportation and safe return of merchandise.
- Assist with creative allocations, briefing and approval of digital advertising assets and ensure correct implementation of tracking tags.
- Capture media clippings and social posts; compile PR, media and competitor reports for local and regional teams.
- Coordinate press schedules and celebrity/talent logistics with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support campaign set‑up with agencies and assist monthly invoicing processes.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in public relations or marketing.
- Demonstrated understanding and hands‑on experience across social media channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong copywriting standards.
- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills and flexibility for occasional after‑hours work.
- Previous experience in luxury retail highly regarded.

Minimum three years' experience in public relations, communications or marketing, preferably with exposure to luxury retail or high‑end consumer brands.
Education
Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
