Tiffany & Co. seeks a PR & Communications Assistant in Sydney (6‑month temporary) to support PR, media relations and campaign delivery across ANZ.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Communications team in preparing press materials and market-facing tools.
- Generate positive publicity across print and digital editorial, influencer partnerships and media events.
- Coordinate PR shooting logistics, including handling, transportation and safe return of merchandise.
- Assist with creative allocations, briefing and approvals for digital advertising assets.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and high standards of visual presentation and copy.
- Capture media clippings and social posts for timely internal reporting and compile PR/media/competitor reports.
- Coordinate press schedules for regional markets and liaise with external agencies, including celebrity/talent coordination.
- Support campaign set-up and verification of tracking tags; assist with monthly invoicing processes.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing or Public Relations.
- Minimum three years' experience in public relations or marketing.
- Demonstrated understanding and hands-on experience across social media channels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and copywriting skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with flexibility for after-hours requirements.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is highly regarded.
