Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and set KPIs and financial frameworks for productive assortments, directing inventory acquisition and supply chain execution
- Develop and contribute to productive worldwide assortment plans for jewelry collections across all product lifecycle phases, ensuring consistent brand alignment across global markets
- Lead data-driven assortment reviews, providing actionable recommendations at item and store levels based on sales analysis, forecasting, productivity metrics, and space optimization strategies
- Drive strategic assortment optimization initiatives, leveraging retail store clusters and predictive analytics to deliver measurable results
- Optimize the Anaplan assortment planning system, identifying and implementing process enhancements to improve agility and operational efficiency
- Cultivate collaborative partnerships with zone counterparts, fostering transparent communication and shared strategic vision
- Champion a global perspective by understanding regional nuances and adapting assortment strategies to local market demands
- Support region-specific business objectives for new store openings and expansions, balancing sales, productivity, and in-store space allocation

Qualifications
- Undergraduate college degree
- 3–5 years of Merchandising, Buying, or Planning experience, preferably with a luxury brand
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Strong analytical capabilities to identify trends and patterns
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
