Role & Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees in collaboration with external payroll suppliers.
  • Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.
  • Generate reports for business purposes based on accurate data.
  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage HRIS systems and related processes, ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation and internal communications, standardizing processes to enhance HR operational efficiency.
  • Assist with audits related to payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Residency permit to work in Italy.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Fluent in English and Italian.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in payroll and administrative roles.

Education

University degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
