Tiffany & Co. seeks Partner, Talent Acquisition – North America in New York. Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and retail teams. $95,000–$110,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner directly with corporate business leaders and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job specification verification, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate experience delivery to active and passive candidates
- Participate in planning and execution of networking, recruiting, and hiring events
- Meet staffing metrics targets related to time-to-fill, new-hire effectiveness, and candidate experience
- Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies
- Partner with HR Business Partners on employment brand marketing and recruitment best practices
- Ensure best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the recruitment process
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- Provide input on process improvement opportunities through collaborative engagement
- Leverage data analytics, market insights, and external networking to understand the talent market and identify internal improvements for effective and efficient hiring
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition supporting corporate and retail functions
- Customer-first mindset with proven ability to deliver exceptional, high-touch candidate experience to internal stakeholders and external candidates
- Creative, proactive, and innovative approach to attracting top talent
- Commitment to an all-inclusive approach to talent acquisition, finding and engaging the best talent within the industry
- Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury retail, its history, heritage, and craftsmanship
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and re-prioritize consistently
- Highly collaborative with ability to build relationships quickly
- Proven track record working in fast-paced, diverse luxury retail environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition supporting corporate and retail functions within the luxury sector or comparable high-end retail environment, with demonstrated success in both corporate hiring and high-volume retail recruitment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
