Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate Operations Coordinators and Aftercare Advisors to achieve high-level results.
  • Facilitate team briefings and meetings with Retail Management, maintaining a positive leadership presence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Support store goals by managing expenses and loss with Retail, Finance, and Operations Leadership.
  • Develop client development strategies and maintain client information consistency.
  • Ensure compliance in Harrods through daily monitoring and reporting.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and drive operational excellence.
  • Respond to client feedback promptly and enhance customer engagement.

Experience

Education
