Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support sales, operations, and merchandise teams to meet or exceed sales targets and enhance the store experience.
- Oversee operations and merchandising in the absence of the Director.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet department sales goals and execute annual inventory and quarterly audits.
- Cultivate client relationships to drive sales and foster loyalty.
- Motivate the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions.
- Act as a Guest Experience leader on the sales floor, coaching the team on client engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with internal procedures.
- Develop and execute talent action plans and provide continuous training and feedback.
- Recruit and build a diverse, skilled talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in retail or luxury retail store management or relevant client-related experience.
Education
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $110,500 to $156,000, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
