Tiffany & Co. temporary seasonal Operations Support role in Chestnut Hill, MA. Support retail operations, client service, and inventory management at this luxury jewelry destination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support sales professionals in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
- Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment with precision and accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels using company systems and reports; identify and report discrepancies to management
- Clean, maintain, and transfer merchandise; process jewelry repairs and cleaning requests
- Capture client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Manage internal and external phone and email correspondence to optimize sales opportunities
- Demonstrate brand ambassador behavior by embodying the Tiffany Touch during every client interaction
- Execute hospitality best practices to elevate the in-store experience and act on client feedback
- Support operational efficiency by maximizing productivity and providing process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented approach
- Flexibility to adapt to varied daily business requirements
- Ability to work retail store hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or graduate gemologist certification (preferred)

Entry-level or beginner retail or hospitality experience preferred; prior experience in luxury retail or jewelry environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. A college or university degree is preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or graduate gemologist certification is a valued asset.
