Role & Responsibilities
- Drive client lifetime loyalty and revenue growth by deepening relationships and capturing data during client interactions
- Support sales achievement by managing order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through reconciliation, monitoring systems and reports, and communicating discrepancies to management
- Deliver exceptional client service and embody the Tiffany brand through every interaction, executing hospitality best practices
- Execute operational excellence by performing daily tasks including jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, and repair intake in compliance with company procedures

Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and perform varied tasks
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist certification or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, client service, or a related field demonstrating proficiency in inventory management, sales support, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
College or university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist credential or GIA coursework highly valued.
