Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending by capturing interaction data and optimizing sales opportunities with sales professionals and management
- Elevate in-store experience through consistent delivery of memorable moments and demonstration of the Tiffany brand ambassador philosophy during every client interaction
- Execute operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, repair intake, and inventory reconciliation using company systems
- Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners; support Company operations efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity
- Partner with sales professionals, management, and clients to provide rapid response and follow-up on product information, service requests, repairs, shipping inquiries, and inventory assistance
- Utilize comprehensive product and service knowledge, including care and handling instructions, to maximize client satisfaction during each interaction
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to task execution
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in retail, operations, or customer service preferred; no specific luxury retail experience required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college/university degree preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or graduate gemologist designation preferred.
