Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Operations Professional in Washington DC; $20.40-$24.00/hr, temp retail support role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and store sales by capturing interaction data and optimizing sales opportunities alongside Sales Professionals
- Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning and repair intake, following company policies and procedures
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to assess accuracy, report discrepancies to management, and maintain stock integrity
- Deliver exceptional client service and embody the Tiffany brand as an ambassador, creating memorable in-store experiences and executing best practices in hospitality
- Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, management, and corporate partners to respond quickly to requests for product information, service, repairs, and inventory assistance
- Support operational efficiency by maximizing productivity in all activities and providing feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: College or university degree
- Preferred: Graduate Gemologist certification or previous GIA coursework

Experience
Beginner-level experience acceptable; previous retail or hospitality background preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) certification or coursework preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
