Role & Responsibilities

  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and store sales by capturing interaction data and optimizing sales opportunities alongside Sales Professionals
  • Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning and repair intake, following company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to assess accuracy, report discrepancies to management, and maintain stock integrity
  • Deliver exceptional client service and embody the Tiffany brand as an ambassador, creating memorable in-store experiences and executing best practices in hospitality
  • Communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, management, and corporate partners to respond quickly to requests for product information, service, repairs, and inventory assistance
  • Support operational efficiency by maximizing productivity in all activities and providing feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Preferred: College or university degree
  • Preferred: Graduate Gemologist certification or previous GIA coursework

Experience

Beginner-level experience acceptable; previous retail or hospitality background preferred but not required.
