Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional (Seasonal) in Vienna, VA. Temporary role supporting store operations with client service, inventory management, and order fulfillment. $20.40–$24.00/hour.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending by capturing data during interactions and optimizing sales opportunities through coordination with sales professionals
  • Provide exceptional operational support through order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning, transfers, and jewelry repair intake
  • Execute inventory reconciliation and monitoring using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments as a Tiffany brand ambassador, demonstrating Client Experience Behaviors and acting on feedback
  • Communicate effectively with sales professionals, management, and clients to respond quickly and accurately to requests for product information, service, repairs, and shipping
  • Support operational efficiency by ensuring all activities maximize productivity, following company policies and procedures, and providing feedback on process improvements
  • Utilize deep product knowledge to maximize client satisfaction and provide comprehensive care and handling instructions

Experience

Beginner-level experience in retail operations or customer-facing environments is preferred; previous experience in luxury retail or jewelry is advantageous but not required.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or graduate gemologist degree is a plus.
