Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with the Tiffany Touch across order fulfilment, in‑store service and client interactions.
  • Manage daily operational activities including order fulfilment, shipping and receiving, replenishment, inventory transfers and jewelry cleaning and repairs.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using company reports and systems; identify and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Client Advisors and store management to respond to client requests, follow up on product/service inquiries, and support sales opportunities.
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives by providing process feedback and implementing standard methodologies to improve hospitality and store amenities.
  • Contribute to commercial targets by executing operations tasks that enable the store to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of relevant retail operations experience; experience in luxury retail or jewellery preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail; ability to reconcile inventory and interpret operational reports.
  • Authorization to work in Canada (must be legally permitted to work in the country where the role is based).
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible to perform varied day‑to‑day tasks.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail operations or related experience; prior experience in luxury retail or jewellery environments is preferred.
