Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional, Full-Time in Toronto – luxury retail operations, client service, inventory management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service and deliver the Tiffany Experience in every interaction
  • Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning and repair intake
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies to management
  • Partner effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond promptly to requests for product information, service, repairs, and shipping assistance
  • Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador
  • Apply deep product knowledge and care instructions to increase client satisfaction during each interaction
  • Support commercial objectives by carrying out operations functions and collecting client data to cultivate relationships and generate sales opportunities
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally and partner with Client Advisors to identify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Challenge existing standards to seek continuous improvement and provide feedback on process changes through appropriate channels

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients
  • Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs
  • Authorization to work in Canada

Experience
