Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional, Full-Time in Toronto – luxury retail operations, client service, inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service and deliver the Tiffany Experience in every interaction
- Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning and repair intake
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Partner effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond promptly to requests for product information, service, repairs, and shipping assistance
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and demonstrating passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador
- Apply deep product knowledge and care instructions to increase client satisfaction during each interaction
- Support commercial objectives by carrying out operations functions and collecting client data to cultivate relationships and generate sales opportunities
- Handle internal and external communications professionally and partner with Client Advisors to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Challenge existing standards to seek continuous improvement and provide feedback on process changes through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on daily business needs
- Authorization to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or operations environment, ideally in luxury goods or jewelry retail. Demonstrated experience in client service, inventory management, and operational support is essential.
Education
College or university degree (preferred).
