Tiffany & Co. (Toronto) seeks a part-time Operations Professional to manage inventory, order fulfillment and client service at Square One.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and the 'Tiffany Touch' across all in-store interactions.
- Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
- Clean and perform basic care/handling of jewellery; intake and process jewellery repairs following company procedures.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems; investigate and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Partner with Client Advisors and store management to respond to client enquiries, follow up on requests, and generate sales opportunities via phone and email.
- Apply NPS-driven behaviours and hospitality standards to elevate the in-store experience and act on client feedback to improve service.
- Support commercial objectives by enabling the store to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' relevant experience in retail operations, inventory or client-facing roles (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with clients and act as a brand ambassador.
- Flexible and adaptable to perform diverse tasks according to daily business needs.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant retail operations, inventory control or client-service experience; luxury jewelry or high-end retail background preferred.
Education
College or university degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 20.57 to CAD 27.83 per hour.
