Tiffany & Co. in Beverly Hills seeks a Temporary Operations Professional to manage back‑of‑house operations, inventory and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day back-of-house operations within the store, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
- Act as key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management — coordinate staff activities, open/close store procedures and ensure smooth client service delivery.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and comply with internal control procedures; manage jewelry intake, repairs and in-store cleaning of merchandise.
- Support sales objectives by partnering with Sales Professionals to collect client data, drive key product pillars and contribute to monthly/quarterly sales plans.
- Elevate the in-store experience by implementing hospitality standards, acting on NPS feedback and resolving client or employee concerns with sound judgment.
- Promote operational efficiency by identifying process improvements, mentoring colleagues and assisting management with daily workload coordination.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of prior retail experience in operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours as required, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of retail operations experience, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of inventory control, order fulfilment, merchandising and client service in a luxury retail environment.
Education
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist credential or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is desirable.
