Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional seasonal role in Skokie, IL. Back-of-house retail support, inventory management, and client service. $20.40–$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive store sales and profitability
- Execute daily order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfer tasks following company operational policies
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Manage jewelry cleaning, repair intake, and merchandise preparation to ensure optimal product presentation
- Capture client interaction data to cultivate new and existing customer relationships and support lifetime loyalty objectives
- Handle internal and external communications via phone and email, partnering with sales professionals to optimize sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client service demonstrating the Tiffany brand promise during every interaction
- Execute store hospitality best practices, optimize amenities, and act on client feedback to create memorable experiences
- Support company operational efficiency by maximizing productivity and providing process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)
