Role & Responsibilities
- Provide core back-of-house operational support including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and inventory reconciliation to ensure store readiness and sales continuity.
- Execute jewelry cleaning, take in and track jewelry repairs, and follow care-and-handling protocols to preserve product integrity and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Professionals and store management to capture client data, follow up on enquiries, and convert operational activity into sales opportunities.
- Monitor inventory accuracy using company systems and reports; identify and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners and support cycle counts.
- Deliver the Tiffany Touch in every client interaction by supporting in-store hospitality, amenities and the TEI (Voice of Client) programme to elevate the customer experience.
- Support process-improvement initiatives and provide operational feedback to optimise productivity and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail operations or luxury retail experience.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and organisational rigour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, inventory control or a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated ability to support sales teams and manage back-of-house processes.
Education
College/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is a strong advantage.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.53 to USD 30.48 per hour.
