Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers
- Serve as key holder and manager on duty, coordinating client service activities, managing inventory, and overseeing store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain operational excellence by ensuring compliance with internal control procedures and inventory accuracy
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service, collecting customer data to cultivate client relationships
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating Tiffany brand ambassador behaviors
- Complete daily operational tasks including jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, and repair intake following company policies
- Mentor team members on operational procedures when acting as manager on duty and provide feedback on process improvements
- Resolve client and employee concerns applying detailed knowledge of company policy and practice
- Support store compliance with Net Promoter Score (NPS) program standards and implement client experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience in operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on day-to-day business needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of professional retail experience with demonstrated expertise in retail operations, merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping procedures. Prior experience managing inventory accuracy and internal control procedures is essential.
Education
College or university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or prior coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is highly desirable.
