Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and profitability through effective back-of-house management
  • Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, and jewelry care and cleaning
  • Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
  • Deepen client relationships and capture customer data during interactions to cultivate lifetime loyalty and increase spend
  • Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence with professionalism, coordinating with client advisors and management to optimize sales opportunities
  • Deliver memorable in-store experiences by demonstrating deep product knowledge and expertise in service, care, and handling instructions
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences, acting on Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and performance metrics
  • Partner effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond quickly and accurately to requests for product information, service, repairs, shipping, and inventory assistance
  • Support operational efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity and providing feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of relevant operations or retail experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)

Experience
