Tiffany & Co. Seasonal Operations Professional in Natick, MA—temporary retail support role with competitive hourly pay ($20.40–$24.00).
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service excellence across store operations
- Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry maintenance tasks following company policies and procedures
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Deepen client relationships through attentive service, capturing data during interactions to cultivate new and existing clientele
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience consistently, embodying the brand as a Tiffany ambassador during every client interaction
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence professionally, optimizing sales opportunities in partnership with sales professionals
- Execute daily operational tasks including jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, repairs intake, and merchandise care
- Elevate in-store experience by optimizing hospitality and store amenities, acting on client feedback and TEI performance data
- Support company operational efficiency by ensuring all activities maximize productivity and providing process improvement feedback
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach
- Demonstrated ability to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to adapt to varying daily business needs and priorities
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail operations or customer service experience is beneficial; beginner candidates with strong analytical abilities and retail availability will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. College or university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Natick, Massachusetts, USA, with easy access to Boston.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
