Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional position in Puebla, Mexico. Support daily sales operations and inventory management while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute operational functions to support the store and consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Manage internal and external correspondence professionally, collaborating with Client Advisors and management to identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and cultivating emotional connections with customers
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador, delivering Tiffany's distinctive touch during every client interaction
  • Implement customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI (Voice of the Customer) program and optimize store hospitality standards based on feedback
  • Apply comprehensive product and service knowledge to elevate customer satisfaction across all interactions
  • Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to ensure accuracy, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners
  • Communicate effectively and responsively with Client Advisors, management, and customers regarding inquiries on product information, services, repairs, shipping, and inventory availability
  • Support operational efficiency objectives by identifying process improvements and providing feedback through appropriate channels
  • Challenge existing standards to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee store maintenance status and coordinate transfers, stock monitoring, and special customer orders (OUs)
  • Maintain inventory accuracy levels to ensure merchandise availability and minimize losses in accordance with corporate protocols
  • Execute merchandise receiving, review, entry, and disposals
  • Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventory counts on schedule and in accordance with corporate guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to establish authentic connections with clientele
  • Organized and detail-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs and tasks
  • University degree required
  • Gemology certification preferred

Experience
