Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with the Tiffany Touch standards.
  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address requests for product and service information.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
  • Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Apply deep knowledge of products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support operational efficiency objectives by providing feedback on process changes.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spending.
  • Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Collect data during client interactions to cultivate client relationships.
  • Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills

Experience
