Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional seasonal role in Oak Brook, Illinois. Temporary position supporting retail store operations, inventory management, and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store operations to drive sales and profitability through effective communication and problem-solving with sales professionals, management, and corporate partners
- Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning and maintenance, and repair intake
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using company systems and reports, identifying and reporting discrepancies to management
- Provide exceptional client service and elevate the in-store experience by demonstrating the Tiffany brand promise with every interaction
- Capture client data during interactions to support relationship-building and loyalty initiatives
- Manage internal and external communications including phone and email correspondence to optimize sales opportunities and respond to client requests
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide care and handling guidance to maximize client satisfaction
- Support company operational efficiency by ensuring all activities maximize productivity and providing feedback on process improvements
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to adapt to changing daily business requirements
- Demonstrated passion for luxury retail and brand excellence
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or operations experience is beneficial; however, the position is designed to accommodate candidates with limited professional background who demonstrate strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or Graduate Gemologist certification preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be located in Oak Brook, Illinois, USA, with easy access to Chicago.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
