Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfer, and repair intake, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies to management and corporate partners
- Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to and follow up on requests in a timely manner
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and embodying the Tiffany brand through the Tiffany Touch
- Demonstrate Client Experience Behaviors aligned with the NPS program and apply deep product knowledge to increase client satisfaction
- Support company operational objectives by improving efficiency, providing process improvement feedback, and seeking continuous improvement
- Support client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spending; collect data during client interactions to support client cultivation
- Manage internal and external phone and email correspondence and partner with client advisors to generate sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of prior retail operations experience with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to connect authentically with Tiffany clients and serve as a brand ambassador
- Authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail operations experience in a luxury or high-service environment, with demonstrated expertise in merchandising, client service, administration, shipping, and inventory management. Experience in jewelry retail or luxury goods is advantageous.
Education
A college or university degree is desired but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.53 to USD 30.48 per hour.
