Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional in Nashville—manage store operations, inventory, and client service in a luxury jewelry retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive store sales and service, executing daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners
- Partner with Sales Professionals and management to handle internal and external communications, optimize sales opportunities, and respond quickly to client and operational requests
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering the Tiffany Touch during every client interaction, utilizing deep product knowledge and care instructions to maximize client satisfaction
- Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences, and act on client feedback and performance metrics from the TEI program
- Support company operational efficiency by ensuring all activities maximize productivity, providing feedback on process improvements, and maintaining compliance with operational policies
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA course work (preferred)

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or operations experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment or jewelry sector
Education
College or university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work preferred
