Role & Responsibilities
- Support sales department and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives through operational excellence
- Manage all telephone and email correspondence, both internal and external, collaborating with client advisors and management to generate sales opportunities
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering consistently memorable moments that reflect the Tiffany brand's distinctive service standard
- Apply customer experience behaviors identified in the TEI (Customer Voice Survey) program to optimize interactions
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with client advisors, management, and customers to respond to and follow up on service requests regarding product information, services, repairs, shipments, and inventory with accuracy and promptness
- Control and review administrative store processes to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Support corporate operational efficiency objectives by ensuring all activities enhance efficiency and providing feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels
- Supervise store maintenance status and oversee receipt, review, entry, and write-off of merchandise
- Monitor transfer status, stock levels, and special customer orders (OUs), ensuring piece availability and reducing losses in accordance with corporate programs
- Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories in accordance with corporate scheduling
- Challenge standards to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Gemology qualification
- University degree
- Ability to establish meaningful connections with clientele
- Organized, detail-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks according to daily business needs

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail operations, inventory management, or similar administrative roles within a luxury retail environment, demonstrating strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
Education
