Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise.
  • Coordinate service orders with specialized workshops and manage customer service requests.
  • Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Enhance in-store customer experience by delivering memorable service and acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Implement and optimize standard practices to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Supervise inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory counts according to corporate schedules.
  • Monitor store maintenance status and manage special customer orders.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in Gemology is preferred.
