Role & Responsibilities
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness across daily store tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, repair intake, and merchandise maintenance in accordance with company policies
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners
- Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond and follow up on requests for assistance in product information, service, repairs, shipping, and inventory with speed and accuracy
- Elevate the in-store experience consistently by delivering memorable moments and demonstrating the Tiffany Touch during every client interaction
- Implement standard methodologies by optimizing hospitality and store amenities to create outstanding experiences, acting on Net Promoter Score performance and client feedback
- Apply deep product knowledge and care handling instructions to increase client satisfaction during each interaction
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend through data collection during client interactions
- Support store commercial targets by performing operations functions that facilitate consistent achievement or exceeding of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence optimally, partnering with client advisors and management to generate sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or client-facing back-office roles
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to connect authentically with clients and demonstrate brand ambassador qualities
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach to task management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail operations, inventory management, or client services environments, with demonstrated proficiency in order processing, merchandise handling, and inventory reconciliation. Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end jewelry operations is advantageous.
Education
A college or university degree is desired; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
