Role & Responsibilities

  • Support sales department and consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives through operational excellence
  • Manage merchandise inventory inflows and outflows using systems and reporting tools; monitor accuracy and report discrepancies to management
  • Coordinate customer service requests, including product information, repairs, shipping, and inventory inquiries with client advisors and management
  • Handle internal and external telephone and email communications professionally to generate sales opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences consistent with Tiffany brand standards and customer experience (TEI) program guidelines
  • Apply comprehensive product knowledge, service protocols, and care instructions to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee store administrative processes and ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Supervise and coordinate cyclical and annual inventory counts in accordance with corporate timelines
  • Monitor merchandise receipt, entry, removal, and special order tracking with precision
  • Implement standard practices optimizing hospitality and store amenities based on customer feedback and TEI performance metrics
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives and provide process improvement feedback through appropriate channels
  • Monitor store maintenance status and coordinate service as required

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of operations or retail experience
  • University degree
  • Gemology certification (strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Ability to connect with clients in a luxury retail environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as store operations require

Experience
