Role & Responsibilities
- Provide back-of-house operational leadership for a high-volume retail boutique, including order fulfilment, shipping, receiving and replenishment.
- Manage merchandise handling: cleaning jewellery, accepting repairs, preparing items for delivery and transferring stock between locations.
- Maintain and reconcile inventory using company reports and systems; investigate and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Support the sales floor by responding to client inquiries, handling internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence, and partnering with Sales Professionals to maximise sales opportunities.
- Capture and maintain client data during interactions to cultivate relationships and support lifetime value.
- Execute hospitality and client experience initiatives (TEI / Voice of Client), taking action on client feedback to elevate in-store moments.
- Adhere to corporate operational policies and procedures and contribute constructive feedback to improve efficiency and processes.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support store productivity and ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Minimum three years of retail or store operations experience; experience in luxury jewellery or high-value retail preferred.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to monitor and reconcile inventory and interpret operational reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; organized, detail-oriented and adaptable to shifting daily priorities.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail or operations experience; experience within luxury jewellery or high-value retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist credential or completion of Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is desirable.
