Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional, Indianapolis, IN — temporary retail operations role supporting store sales and client service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and cultivate lifetime loyalty through deepened relationship management and data capture during client interactions
- Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, and inventory reconciliation using company systems and procedures
- Support sales achievement by handling internal and external communications, optimizing hospitality, and responding to client requests for product information and service
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, assess accuracy using reports and systems, and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain operational excellence by executing daily tasks including jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, jewelry repairs intake, and merchandise care following company policies
- Elevate in-store experience by demonstrating Tiffany brand ambassador qualities and applying Client Experience Behaviors from the TEI program
- Maximize store productivity by adapting to day-to-day business needs and providing feedback on process improvements through appropriate channels
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility to perform diverse tasks based on operational needs
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level experience in retail, operations, or customer service is preferred; however, candidates with strong organizational skills and retail availability may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required. College or university degree preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.13 to USD 22.50 per hour.
