Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional seasonal role in Greenwich, CT. Support store operations, inventory, and client service; $20.40-$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, and repair intake following company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service while deepening client relationships to build lifetime loyalty and spending
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience consistently by demonstrating passion as a brand ambassador during every client interaction, executing TEI program behaviors and responding to client feedback
- Manage internal and external phone and email correspondence, partnering with sales professionals to optimize sales opportunities and assist with product information and service requests
- Support company operations efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity, suggesting process improvements through appropriate channels, and performing flexible tasks based on day-to-day business needs
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Preferred: College or university degree
- Preferred: Graduate gemologist degree or Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience; prior retail or operations experience is beneficial but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or gemologist certification preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA, with easy access to New York.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 20.40 to USD 24 per hour.
