Operations Professional at Tiffany & Co., Farmington – temporary retail operations role supporting store sales, inventory, and the Tiffany Experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support store sales objectives by executing order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Capture and utilize client interaction data to cultivate relationships and optimize sales opportunities through effective communication with sales professionals and management
  • Deliver consistent, memorable client experiences by embodying the Tiffany Touch and demonstrating deep product knowledge, care instructions, and service capabilities
  • Execute daily operational tasks including jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, jewelry repair intake, and merchandise management following company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues to management or corporate partners
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance on product information, service requests, repairs, shipping, and inventory matters
  • Maximize operational productivity by implementing best practices, optimizing in-store hospitality and amenities, and providing constructive feedback on process improvements

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized and detail-oriented with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs and work retail store hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Authorization to work legally in the United States
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Preferred: Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework

Experience

Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior retail or luxury goods experience is beneficial but not required. Beginner-level experience acceptable.

Compensation
