Role & Responsibilities
- Support store sales and profitability through effective coordination between operations, sales advisors, and management
- Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers according to company protocols
- Perform jewelry cleaning, polishing, repair intake, and care instruction communication to maximize client satisfaction
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to ensure accuracy and report discrepancies
- Deepen client relationships through data capture and communication to cultivate lifetime loyalty and drive sales
- Deliver the Tiffany Experience consistently by demonstrating brand passion and executing Client Experience Behaviors aligned with NPS performance metrics
- Manage internal and external phone and email correspondence to optimize sales opportunities and client requests
- Optimize in-store hospitality and amenities to create memorable client experiences and respond to feedback
- Support operational efficiency by maximizing productivity, following company policies, and providing process improvement feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or client-facing hospitality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capability
- Demonstrated flexibility to perform varied tasks based on business needs
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA (Gemological Institute of America) coursework (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, back-of-house management, or a similar customer-service-oriented operational role is required. Prior exposure to luxury retail environments and familiarity with inventory systems are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college or university degree (preferred). Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework or Graduate Gemologist certification is highly valued but not required.
