Tiffany & Co. is hiring an Operations Professional in Dallas, TX to manage back-of-house operations and drive store profitability.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfers, and repair intake while adhering to company policies
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
  • Partner effectively with client advisors, management, and corporate teams to respond promptly to requests for product information, service, repairs, shipping, and inventory assistance
  • Deliver consistently exceptional client service and memorable in-store experiences by demonstrating the Tiffany Touch and implementing NPS program behaviors
  • Elevate store experience through optimized hospitality, store amenities, and actionable responses to client feedback
  • Apply comprehensive product knowledge and care-handling expertise to increase client satisfaction during every interaction
  • Handle internal and external communications professionally to generate sales opportunities and support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets
  • Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients by collecting interaction data and partnering with Client Advisors on sales development
  • Support operational efficiency objectives by identifying process improvements and seeking continuous enhancement of standards
