Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure all merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and excellent communicator.
  • Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering creativity and innovation while delivering excellence.
  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and implementing best practices.
  • Support company operational efficiency objectives by improving processes and providing feedback.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase spending.
  • Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets through effective operations.
  • Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
  • Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
  • Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational and detail-oriented capabilities. Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs. Ability to connect with clients effectively.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred.
