Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Professional in Costa Mesa, CA to manage inventory, fulfillment and back‑of‑house operations. Hourly range $22.53–$30.48.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute back‑of‑house operational tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, merchandise transfers, and jewelry cleaning/repairs following company policies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through reconciliations, use of reports and systems, and timely reporting of discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Partner effectively with client advisors and store management to respond to client requests, support sales initiatives and generate follow‑up opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional in‑store experiences and act as a brand ambassador by consistently providing the ‘Tiffany Touch’ during client interactions.
- Support store commercial targets by executing operations functions that improve efficiency and by collecting client data to cultivate relationships.
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence professionally and escalate sales opportunities to client advisors and management.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior retail operations experience; 3 years preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to use operational reports and reconcile inventory.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, overtime and occasional overnight shifts.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail operations experience supporting merchandising, inventory control, order fulfillment and client service; 3 years preferred for stronger operational autonomy.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college/university degree preferred.
