Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional operational support to store sales team by executing order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and merchandise replenishment
  • Deliver consistent client-facing service through phone, email, and in-store interactions, capturing client data to cultivate relationships and drive lifetime loyalty
  • Manage merchandise inventory by monitoring accuracy, reconciling discrepancies, and utilizing company systems to report inventory status to management
  • Execute daily operational tasks including jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfer, repair intake, and care instruction provision in accordance with company policies
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador by embodying the Tiffany Touch and executing client experience behaviors identified within company training programs
  • Partner with sales professionals and management to respond promptly to client requests for product information, service assistance, repairs, and shipping
  • Support operational efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity, following best practices for hospitality and store amenities, and providing process improvement feedback
  • Optimize in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback to enhance service quality

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across store teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented approach to task management and merchandise handling
  • Flexibility to adapt to day-to-day business needs and varying operational demands
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • College or university degree (preferred)
  • Graduate gemologist certification or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework (preferred)
