Tiffany & Co. Operations Professional, Chevy Chase, MD – Temporary seasonal retail operations role, $20.40–$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and elevate in-store experience by embodying the Tiffany Touch and brand values during every client interaction
- Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfers with precision and adherence to company operational policies
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using systems and reports to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Perform jewelry cleaning, care consultation, and repair intake with meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of product specifications
- Capture client data during interactions to cultivate and deepen relationships, driving lifetime loyalty and repeat business
- Manage internal and external communications via phone and email, coordinating with sales professionals to optimize sales opportunities
- Provide operational support to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets
- Execute hospitality best practices and optimize store amenities to create memorable client experiences aligned with Tiffany Experience Initiative (TEI) performance standards
- Support company operational efficiency by maximizing productivity, providing process feedback, and responding promptly to assistance requests from colleagues and clients
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on day-to-day business needs
- Ability to work flexible retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework (preferred)
- College or university degree (preferred)

Entry-level or beginner candidates are encouraged to apply; retail or luxury goods experience is beneficial but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college or university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist certification or GIA coursework preferred.
