Tiffany & Co. hiring Operations Professional in Boston. Temporary position supporting store operations, inventory, and client service. $20.40–$24.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support to sales professionals, management, and corporate partners to drive store sales and profitability
- Execute order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, jewelry cleaning, merchandise transfer, and repair intake functions following company policies and procedures
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to assess accuracy and report discrepancies to management
- Capture client data during interactions to cultivate new and existing relationships and optimize sales opportunities
- Manage internal and external phone and email correspondence to respond to client inquiries and service requests quickly and accurately
- Execute daily hospitality functions to elevate in-store experience and deliver memorable moments for each client interaction
- Apply deep product knowledge and care-handling instructions to maximize client satisfaction and drive lifetime loyalty
- Support company operational efficiency objectives by monitoring productivity and providing feedback on process improvements
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated organizational and detail-oriented work approach
- Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- College or university degree (preferred)
- Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework (preferred)
