Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
  • Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Champion operational efficiency and complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with client advisors, management, and clients to address and resolve requests efficiently.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and apply it to improve client satisfaction.
  • Support sales efforts by cultivating client relationships and achieving commercial targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or luxury environment.

Education
