Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
  • Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Support company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Handle internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to perform varied tasks based on business needs.

Experience
