Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock control, cycle count accuracy, and appropriate assortment and model stock levels.
- Supervise and coordinate customer service activities related to repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
- Manage client services, including handling customer inquiries, stock availability, and post-sale offerings.
- Oversee receiving and shipping functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and liaising with transportation and customs agents.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure back of house processes support service standards.
- Manage, coach, develop, and train staff.
Qualifications
- Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience
- Minimum three years of retail stock management/inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry
