Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and manage logistics with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
  • Classify tariffs accurately and optimize customs clearance processes.
  • Manage domestic logistics including inventory management and local courier schedules.
  • Support security operations and organize employee sales events.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of customs clearance experience in the retail industry, preferably in FMCG.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills

Knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures. Expertise in HS code classification and import/export regulations. Ability to manage commercial invoices and trade-related documents. Strong time management and deadline adherence. Cost-saving identification in logistics and customs processes.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics within the retail industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
