Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Executive in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam to manage inventory, import/export declarations and store logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage import/export declarations and customs compliance for store shipments, reconcile variances between actual and Compass/E1 provisions, and audit HTS codes, duty and VAT rates (approx. 40% of role).
- Oversee merchandise receipt processes in Compass/E1 and monitor repair shipments (TSC HK/NY and local vendors), applying Outward Processing Relief for returns and ensuring timely movement of repaired items.
- Control merchandise inventory levels and support global cycle count programmes; coordinate replenishment requests with Store Managers and maintain inventory accuracy (approx. 30%).
- Administer domestic merchandise transfers and borrowed merchandise programmes; manage price changes and produce English/Thai price tickets via TPM (Ticket Printing Management).
- Supervise warehouse and non‑merchandise stock (packaging, shopping bags, VM and renovation materials); liaise with 3PL providers, monitor inbound/outbound operations, benchmark 3PL costs and facilitate related payments (approx. 20%).
- Support retail operations budgeting and expense tracking, consolidate merchandise for repair/service and coordinate customer outreach on repair status (approx. 5%).
- Assist Marketing Manager with CRM activities including data management, gifting and campaign tracking (approx. 5%).
- Manage relationships with forwarders and brokers, enforce SOPs and KPIs, and resolve shipment delays to protect store availability and service levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising or logistics—experience in luxury jewellery, watches, or premium retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable analytical aptitude with experience reconciling inventory, customs duties and freight variances.
- Proven organisational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing operational priorities in a retail environment.
- Flexible to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Ability to perform varied day‑to‑day tasks and collaborate with store management, vendors and cross‑functional teams.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail operations or logistics experience, preferably within luxury jewellery, watches, or premium retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or vocational certificate required; tertiary education (Bachelor's) in business, logistics, supply chain or retail management preferred.
